*SUMMER 2015*

 I love summertime.
It is my favorite time of the year. The weather is perfect. It can never be too hot. There can never be too much sunshine. The bluer the sky the better. And there is so much to do! I am teaching Hallie young how to enjoy this time of the year :) She already loves being outside and we have already made some fun memories and taken lots of pictures! Probably too many pictures, but... i mean... look at those blue blue eyes!!

Hallie's fifth month:
*June 2015*

-down to 1 night feeding – 45 minute napper but discovered that’s all she needs  drools a lot – grabs feet – reaches for everything & then everything goes straight to the mouth– sleeps in crib @ night   no longer swaddled– turns 180 degrees – occasionally sucks thumb -  eats rice cereal from a bottle – during feeding time plays a game with me where when she is almost full, pulls off and smiles/talks/grabs my face, then goes back to take a drop or two, and does this over and over J

Oh how I love my sweet Hallie girl. I feel beyond blessed to have her, and i have found myself on occasion crying just because I love her so much.

It has been fun watching all of her "firsts" up to this point. Here she is trying rice cereal!

Halpal loves her TV remotes. Doesn't need the TV, just the remote!

Such a smiley girl! Such a happy baby!

This picture melts my heart...

*Fathers Day*
Happy first fathers day to this guy! Hallie's face says it all. We are lucky to have him. He works so hard for our little family. I am so excited to watch this relationship grow between these two!

*Happy wedding day to Cory's sister!*
The happy couple unintentionally perfectly placed in the background! :)

there are no words... except look at that double chin!

*AF canyon half marathon*
Cory had this crazy idea to sign up and train for a half marathon. My original thought? Impossible! No way! But he convinced me to do it, and it was actually fun! Running and fun you might say? But yes, it really has become a hobby of ours! I never would have thought I would be a runner. Anyone can do it, just open your front door and there is your gym!

before...

during...

still during...

how long has it been?...

almost there!...

:)

after! Feeling proud and accomplished!

13.1 done and done.
Honestly such a cool experience! Now I can cross that off my list! Never mind , put it back on, thought this would be a one time deal, but found we were not motivated to work out when this was over.Next half in September. Are we nuts!?

*Happy 4th!*
(Hallie: "geez guys just take the picture already, mom my dress is fine")

*Bridal Veil Falls*
I know i talk trash about Utah sometimes... but the summers here are amazing. And the mountains are literally in our backyard. So much to see.

*Hogle Zoo*
Hallies first trip to the zoo! She had no idea what was going on and was more interested in the tag on her shirt, (haha) but it was still fun! More of a day for me to have some adult interaction with a good friend ;)

(These two little ones are going to date someday they just don't know it yet!)

*Happy Birthday Cory*
29 and lookin' fine! Great day up the canyon with the fam. Can I just say cutest photo bomber ever!?

*Hallie turns 6 months*
I know Hal always looks perfectly placed in her monthly pictures, but getting just 1 good pictures can be hard work! Here is a behind the scenes look at what really goes down during our photoshoots!

("hmm... what is that?...")
